Ignitur is project management cloud-based software tailored for web marketing. Does Ignitur use my business data?

How do I set up my account?

It is simple. Basic business information and a domain name is really all you need to start. We’ll walk you through a short setup, which takes only a few minutes to complete. Later, you can add more information and customize the various aspects of the software to fit your needs.

How can I try the software?

We highly recommend using the software for the full 14-day free-trial period. This will allow you enough time to discover the software benefits. Most users find Ignitur a necessary part of their marketing-tool “arsenal.”

How do I cancel?

From the top far-right menu, click on Subscription, and then Subscription Info. Scroll down and click on the Cancel link at the bottom right.

What if I add more clients, can I upgrade?

There is a limit, and it corresponds to your subscription level. Ignitur is designed to allow document sharing and collaboration, and grant enough space to cover the number of seats in each account. If for any reason the available space does not meet your needs, you can upgrade to the next subscription tier or contact us directly with particular needs.

Will the software format to my cell phone or tablet?

As of now, Ignitur can only be used on desktops. In the near future the software will be available to all mobile devices as well.

Do I need to download Ignitur to my computer?

Ignitur is a cloud-based, web marketing software. The information presented on the screen is browser-based, with compatibility with all major browsers.

Can I save my project-related documents in the same work space?

Absolutely! Ignitur allows you to save documents associated with each project and each task. You can view all your files from the Task tab, and then click Documents on the left menu.

Can I schedule recurring reports?

Yes, you can. Simply add a template from the Reporting tab and change the occurrence option to either weekly or monthly.
